Hi! I'm Joel, I'm an Online Coach and Nutritionist. I work with every-day people, advanced weight lifters and athletes, to help them get the absolute most out of themselves. I educate, equip and motivate others to take their training, nutrition and life into their own hands.

Why did I make this course?

I basically just can't shut up so I made a bunch of videos about what I love.

I used to mostly coach in-person and over that period, I've taken hundreds if not thousands of gym-goers through initial consultations where I taught them how to lift. Now, I work almost entirely online and I face the dilemma of not being able to offer that service to as many people anymore. So, I came up with the idea to develop an online course that covers everything I'd teach someone in their first one to two sessions and that led me right here.
